To begin your bespoke commission, please complete the form below or email hello@ellismhairicameron.com with your ideas. We ask that you include the type of piece you are considering, your preferred metal and stones, any key timelines and an indicative budget.
Our main collection is crafted in yellow gold and diamonds; bespoke commissions are also available in platinum, white gold and rose gold and may incorporate a considered selection of gemstones. We work on a minimum bespoke commission of £10,000, due to the extra care and time Ellis dedicates to bespoke projects.
Consultations are available at our London studio or remotely via Google Meet. During your consultation, Ellis will help you refine your brief, design direction, materials, budget and timelines and begin your bespoke journey.
Stone Sourcing
We specialise in distinctive diamonds with character and individuality, sourcing stones that extend far beyond traditional cuts and specifications.
From antique cuts and elongated shapes to rare colours and beautifully imperfect stones, our collection celebrates diamonds chosen for their unique beauty rather than convention alone.

Finalising your design
Following your consultation, you will receive a brief outlining the design direction, selected materials and stones, pricing, lead time and any other considerations discussed. We encourage clients to take time to review the proposal carefully, ensuring every detail feels considered and aligned before moving forward with the commission.
MOVING FORWARD
For bespoke and customised commissions, a 50% deposit is required to confirm your order and secure production. As each piece is made specifically for you, this deposit is non-refundable. Upon payment, the commission is formally confirmed and cannot be cancelled. Once you are happy to proceed, we will begin the process of bringing your piece to life.
Timescale
Each bespoke commission is made to order and crafted with great care in our London workshop. Depending on the complexity of the design, pieces typically take between 6 - 8 weeks to complete. During particularly busy periods, such as the months leading up to Christmas, lead times may be longer. If you are working towards a specific date or occasion, we encourage you to get in touch as early as possible so we can accommodate your timeline wherever possible.
Engraving service
We also offer an engraving service if you would like your jewellery engraved with a personal message. Please contact us to discuss your engraving and we will contact you with finer details including font options and pricing.
