Our main collection is yellow gold and diamonds, but bespoke pieces can be made from platinum, white gold, rose gold or palladium, as well as various gemstones.

If you have a clear idea of what you would like, appointments aren’t always necessary as emails / phone calls may provide enough details for you, but appointments are always welcome if it would help visualise your ideas. If you would like to book a face to face or online appointment, appointments are available to book in person at Ellis' London studio, online via Facetime, Zoom or by phone.
During your consultation, Ellis can discuss with you your ideas, potential designs, your budget, deadlines, and any additional information required to create your bespoke jewellery.
Stone Sourcing
We carry a broad range of different diamonds in stock - see our Diamond Library.
If however you require a specific cut or colour of diamond or specific gemstones to be sourced for your appointment to view, we ask for a Diamond / Gemstone Sourcing Fee (£250). This is then deducted from your final bespoke fee.
Finalising your design
Following your consultation, you will be sent through a design brief of what we have discussed including design, pricing, lead time and any other details needed.
When you are happy to move forward, the next stage is paying a deposit.
Payment
For bespoke and customised orders, we require a 50% fee of the total amount due, as confirmation of your order, before production can begin. This fee is non-refundable. At this point you will be committed to purchase and the order cannot be cancelled.
The remainder will then need to be paid in full before collection or dispatch of the order. If you would like to see photos of the process, we can also record this for you.
Timescale
Depending on the nature of the work, bespoke pieces normally take between 8 - 14 weeks to produce. During busier times, such as the lead up to Christmas, this timescale may be longer, so please get in touch with as much advance notice as possible.
Engraving service
We also offer an engraving service if you would like your jewellery engraved with a personal message. Please contact us to discuss your engraving and we will contact you with finer details including font options and pricing.
