Allana
Global Wholesale Manager
Ellis and Allana first met in February 2022 in NYC at a jewellery show and immediately hit it off. Since then, Allana has grown Ellis’ wholesale stockists worldwide.

Amy
PR & Brand Co-ordinator
Since Ellis and Amy first met in 2021, Amy has played a pivotal role in shaping and growing the brand's narrative. Amy beautifully shares our stories and imagery with the jewellery industry as well as co-ordinating our brand partnerships and photoshoots.
Whilst working together, Ellis' jewellery has been featured in publications including the New York Times, Vogue, Financial Times HTSI and Times LUXX.
Ken
Head of Operations
As Head of Operations, Ken’s role spans almost every part of the business, from production through to delivery. With fifteen years’ experience in Product Design, he brings an eye for detail to operations, ensuring every process reflects and reinforces the brand’s story.
As Ellis' partner of twelve years, Ken has been part of the brand’s journey from day one, witnessing its growth first-hand. He formally joined the business in 2025 as a key team member, helping to scale the brand while preserving its artisanal identity.
Paul
Goldsmith
Paul is an incredibly talented goldsmith; skilled in polishing, soldering and general fabrication. He began working with Ellis in 2023, when increasing stockist and client demand meant Ellis needed to expand the team.
He is an invaluable asset to the brand, bringing exceptional technical expertise and meticulous attention to detail to every piece.
Sean
Stone Setting
Sean has over 30 years of experience in the jewellery industry, focusing specifically on diamond setting. He began working with Ellis in 2019, when Ellis first introduced diamonds into her work.
Since then, they have collaborated to refine Ellis’ signature erosive settings, with Sean’s technical skill and precision helping to bring a high level of detail and finish to each piece.
